   This Indenture, made this 29th day of April, 1911,
between E.E. Cannon and wife S.F. Cannon, of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida parties of the first part and
Monroe Venable of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth: That the said
parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Sixty (60) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following descri-
bed, lots, pieces parcels or tract of land, situated and being in
Alachua County, Florida, towit: -
    South west Quarter of South west Quarter of North East
Quarter (SW4 of SW4 of North East 1/4) of Section Nine (9) South
of Township eleven (11) S. Range 18 East, containing by estima-
tion ten acres.
    To Have And To Hold the above described premises
together with all and singular the tenements, the heredita-
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining unto him the said party of the second part, heirs and
assigns forever. And the said parties of the first part do hereby
fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
