This Indenture Made This 13 day of February AD 1912,
between M.J. Patterson and J.H. Patterson her husband of
The County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the first
part, and Melrose Mfg. Co of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of The sum of Seventy five Dollars, in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, The receipt Whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and quit
claimed and by these presents do remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said party of the second part, and his
heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand Which the said parties of the first part have
in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land
to-wit:  North West 1/4 and North 1/2 of South West 1/4 of Lot 8
Section 7 Tp 9. South Range 22 containing 15 acres.
To Have And To Hold The same, together with all and sin-
gular the appurtenances Thereunto belonging or in anywise
Hereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, inter-
est and claim Whatever of The said parties of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part
have hereunto set Their hands and seals the day and
