The State of Florida. }  Know all men by these presents: -
Alachua County.       }
That Mrs. Annie Dykes, (widow), Effie Willis and Frank Willis,
her husband, Lola Adams, and Walter Adams, her husband and
Ethol Dykes and Eunice Dykes his wife, heirs at law of
John Dykes, deceased of the Counties of Alachua and Volusia
State of Florida, for and in consideration of eight hundred -
Dollars to them in hand paid by J.W. Manning, of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof they do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell and convey unto him the said J.W. Manning, all
that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida, partic-
ularly known and described as follows, to-wit: -
Commencing at the South West corner of the North half of
Section 32 Township 9 south of range 20 east, and run east
630 feet, north on center of Lake Street. 315 feet west 630
feet to section line between section 31 & 32, and south 315
feet to the point of beginning, containing by estimation
five acres of land, more or less. Together with all and sin-
gular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto the said J.W. Manning, and
to his heirs, executors administrators and assigns, in fee simple
absolute. and they, the said Mrs Annie Dykes, Effie Willis
and Frank Willis Lola Adams and Walter Adams, and
Ethol Dykes and Eunice Dykes to hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said J.W. Manning that they are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that they have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same: that the same is free from all encumbrances of
any kind whatsoever: and that they will and their heirs,
executors, and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said J.W. manning,
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
against the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever, now claiming, or hereafter to
claim the same.
