I hereby Certify that on this 14th day of February AD 191-
before me personally appeared Mrs Effie Willis, wife of
Frank Willis, and Mrs Eunice Dykes, wife of Ethol Dykes,
two of the grantors in the foregoing conveyance, who, being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from their said husband, say and acknowledge before me
that they did sign the said deed of conveyance for the pur-
pose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all their right
of dower and for the purpose of conveying their separate estate,
in and to the land in said deed described, and that said re-
linquishment and renunciation of dower and conveyance of
separate estate, was done and made by them freely and
voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of, or from, their said husbands.

Alachua County.       }  Before me personally appeared Mrs Annie
Dykes widow, Effie Willis and Frank Willis, her husband,
Ethol Dykes and Dykes Dykes, his wife, to me well
known as the identical persons described in and who exe-
cuted the foregoing deed of conveyance who acknowledged
that they executed, signed, sealed and delivered the said
deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes therein contained
and expressed.
