parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, known and described as
follows, to-wit:
Commence at the southwest corner of N1/2 of section 32 town-
ship 9 south of range 20 east and run east 630 feet, north
on center of Lake St - 315- feet - west 630 feet to section
line between secs 31 & 32 & south 315 feet to point of be-
ginning x containing five (5) acres more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing.
To have and to hold the same, the above-described and hereby
granted premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party
of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns, to his own
proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to
and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns, that in all things in and about said sale and this
conveyance he hath conformed to the orders of the court and the
statutes in such case made and provided.
In Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has here-
unto set his hand and seal on this the day and year first

Before me, an officer authorized to take acknowledgments,
personally appears Mrs. Annie Dykes well known to me, and
known to me as the individual described in and who executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance, and acknowledged that he
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance, and acknowledged
that he executed the foregoing deed, as Guardian aforesaid,
for the purposes therein expressed.
