This Indenture, made this 5th day of May AD 1911m
between Mrs. M.R. Colson (a widow) of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part,
and J.M. Martin of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth, that
the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of one hundred twenty and no/100 dollars, to
her in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has bargained, sold and transferred, and by
these presents doth bargain, sell and transfer unto the
said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida more
particularly described as follows:
Lots (1) one and (4) four in Block (9) nine, in the Town
of Trenton Florida Together with all the tenements here-
ditaments and appurtenances, with every privilege, right,
title, interest and estate, dower and right of dower, rever-
sions, remainder and easement thereto belonging or in any
wise appertaining: To have and to hold the same in fee
simple forever. And the said party of the first part does
covenant with the said party of the second part that
she lawfully seized of the said premises, that they are
free from all incumbrances and that she has good right
and lawful authority to sell the same; and that she
will warrant and defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons.
In Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has
hereunto set her hand and seal the day and year above
written.

I hereby certify, that on this 5th day of May AD 1911, before
me personally appeared Mrs. M.R. Colson a widow to me known
to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing
conveyance to J.M. Martin and severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be her free act and deed for the uses and
