the said Edna W. Chesnut all that certain lot, piece, tract
or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, particularly known and described
as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at a Live Oak tree situated and Standing on
a line three hundred feet south from the center of the
Right of way of S.A.L. Ry near and opposite to the Depot
at Arredondo and south of same, said line being an extension
of the west line of W.C. Bevill's lot upon which his store
now stands, and running south along said line from
aforesaid Live Oak tree (420 ft) four hundred and twenty
feet, to a Thence North (420 ft) four hundred and twenty
feet. Thence east to aforesaid Live Oak tree the point of be-
ginning, being a square with north line equal to south
line and east line equal to west line containing four (4)
acres, said land as described being situated and lying
in the SE 1/4 of Section 21 Township (10) Ten S. Range 19 E.
Also begin at the north east corner of tract of Godfrey
Jeren, formerly owned by S.C. Tucker Trustee, sixty feet
from the Florida Transit Rail Road and running east
sixty degrees north Three chains and 16 1/4 Links to a stake
Thence South thirty degrees East Eight chains and 58
links to a stake, thence west sixty degrees south three
chains and 16 1/4 links to a stake thence north thirty degrees
west eight chains and 58 links to the point of beginning. All
in section twenty one (21) township ten (10) range nineteen S&E
containing by estimation acres of land, more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertain-
ing Too have and to hold the same unto her the said Edna
W. Chesnut and to her heirs executors, administrators and
assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said William
T. Chesnut do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Edna W. Chesnut that I am lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that
I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same;
that the same is free from all incumbrances of any kind
Whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors, and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto her the said Edna W. Chesnut and to
her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, against the
