To } Agreement.
C.D. Woods }
This agreement, made and entered into by and between John
Videson, first party, and C.D. Woods second party, both of Alachua
County, Florida, Witnesseth:- That Whereas, the first party has
sold to the second party the following described land situated
in Alachua County, Florida, towit:
S1/2 lot one (1) and lot five (5) of sec. 15, tp. 11, S.R. 18E for the
sum of 600.00, of which 100.00 was paid in cash on September
15, 1911, and the balance by three promissory notes of date
Sept 15, 1911 one for $ 100.00 and two for $ 200.00 each falling
due on Jan 1, 1912 Jan 1, 1913 and Jan 1, 1914 respectively said
two last mentioned notes bearing 8 % interest from date the first
after maturity and the said first party is unable to put the
second party in possession of the said lands by reason of
having executed to one J.C. Frances a deed thereto on February
4, 1910 which deed has been recorded in the Clerk's office of said
