apart from her said husband, did acknowledge that she made her-
self a party to the said Deed of Conveyance for the purpose of
renouncing, relinquishing and conveying all her right, title
and interest, whether of dower or of separate property, statutory
or equitable, in and to the lands therein - described and that
she executed said deed freely and voluntarily and without any
constraint, fear, apprehension or compulsion of or from her said
husband.
   Witness my signature, and official seal at Gainesville, in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, the day and year last
aforesaid.

A.J. DaCosta, Trustee.}
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Received of A.J. DaCosta, Trustee, one dollar
in part payment for land described as follows, to-wit:- Lot 13 of
Hills Addition to Gainesville, Section 32, Township 9. South of Range
20 E East, which I have this day sold to the said A.J. DaCosta
Trustee for the sum of One Hundred dollars, the balance to be
paid on or before August 12th AD 1911, and I hereby obligate my
heirs, executors and administrators to execute and deliver to
the said A.J. DaCosta Trustee or assigns, a good and sufficient
warranty deed conveying clear title to said land free from all
encumbrances, with an abstract of title to the same, but
should the said A.J. DaCosta Trustee fail to perform his
part of this contract promptly at the same time and in
the manner specified, time being the essence of this contract
then the above One dollar shall be forfeited by him as
liquidated damages and the above contract shall be and
become null and void.
   Witness my hand and seal this 12th day of May
AD 1911.
