Abe Morgan her husband, to me well known to be ... of the
identical parties who joined in the execution of the within
deed, who acknowledged before me that they executed the same
for the uses and purposes therein contained and expressed.
And the said Lizzie Morgan, the wife of the said Abe
Morgan, on an examination had and taken before and
by me separate and apart from her said husband, acknow-
ledged before me that she made herself a party to said
deed for the purposes of renouncing, relinquishing and
conveying all her right, title and interest in and to the lands
described therein, whether of dower or separate statutory
estate: and the same was done and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any apprehension, fear, com-
pulsion, or constraint of or from her said husband.
