Wynona G. Means to me known to be the wifes of J.R. Lites, W.H.F.
Robarts & A.M. Means who executed the foregoing Bond for Title, who,
being examined separate and apart from their husband acknowledges,
that they made themselves a party to the foregoing bond for the
purpose of relinquishing her dower, and right of dower, conditioned
upon, and for the faithful performance of the covenant therein
made, and that the same is done of her own free will and
accord, and without compulsion or constraint, or fear of or
from their husband. J.R. Lites, W.H.F. Lites & A.M. Means.

    This Indenture, Made this 24, day of April AD 1911,
between J.H. Holly of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part, and M. Venable of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second party.
    Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have remised, released and quit claimed and by
these presents do remise, release and quit claim unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said party
of the first part have in and to the following described lot, piece
or parcel of land, to-wit: N.W 1/4 of S.W 1/4 of N E 1/4 Section Nine (9) Town-
ship Eleven (11) Range Eighteen (18) 10 acres.
    To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said party of the first part, either in law or
equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
    In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part has
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written.
