Alachua County   }   Under and by virtue of a decree of foreclosure
of Mortgage made and rendered on the 3rd day of March
A.D. 1911, by the Honorable J.T. Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court, of the
Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Alachua County
at Chambers, in a certain cause pending on the Chancery side
of said Court, wherein F.M. Yearwood was complainant and C.E.
Pugh, formerly C.E. Morrison was defendant, and wherein and
whereby E.C.F. Sanchez was appointed a Special Master in Chancery
to execute the said decree and to make sale of the property
described therein :-
   And Whereas, I have duly advertised said sale of property
on the 3rd day of April A.D. 1911, And Whereas, in the said 3rd
day of April A.D. 1911, I did as such Special Master in Chancery
duly sell the property hereinafter described under and by virtue
of the said decree of foreclosure of Mortgage, at public
outcry, before the Court House door in the City of Gainesville,
Alachua County, Florida.
    And Whereas, at said sale F.M. Yearwood became the
purchaser of and for said property hereinafter described at
and for the sum of Two Hundred ($ 200.00) Dollars, that being
the highest, best and last bid for the same at said sale, and
he being the bidder thereof and therefor.
    Now Therefore Know all Men by these Presents, That
I, the said E.C.F. Sanchez, as Special Master in Chancery
as aforesaid under and by virtue of the said decree of foreclosure
of Mortgage, and under and by virtue of the said advertisement
and sale thereunder, and for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred ($ 200.00) Dollars to me as such Special Master
in Chancery as aforesaid cash, in hand paid by the said
F.M. Yearwood, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted, bargained and sold unto him, the said F.M.
Yearwood and to his heirs and assigns forever the following
described lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in Alachua
County, Florida. towit:-
    Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot number
three (3) W.L. Sims survey in Section thirteen (13) township
nine (9) Range twenty two (22) East run thence West two
