hundred and fifty feet to center of Lexington Avenue
thence North in center of Lexington Avenue four hundred
and twenty eight feet to stake East two hundred and thirty
feet to stake thence South five hundred feet to place of
beginning being <3> three acres, more or less.
   Together with all and singular the tenements, here-
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
   To Have and To Hold the above granted and described
property and every parcel thereof unto him the said F.M.
Yearwood, and to his heirs and assigns in fee simple
forever, as fully and completely as I, E.C.F. Sanchez as
Special Master in Chancery, as aforesaid, am lawfully authori-
zed and empowered to do under and by virtue of the foreclosure
of Mortgage as aforesaid.
    In Testimony Whereof, I, E.C.F. Sanchez as Special Master
in Chancery as aforesaid have hereunto set my hand
and seal on this 4th day of April AD 1911.
