fer unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County
of Alachua, and State of Florida and more particularly described as
follows: Being a part of that certain tract of land which was
deed to Henderson Davis by Anne Mc Rae on the 23d day of
June 1888, and described as follows: Beginning at the North West
corner of of W.L. Mc Rae's land and running due West One
hundred and thirty six feet to Arredondo Street, thence South
along Arredondo Street Sixty three feet, and thence due East One
hundred and thirty six feet to the South West Corner of said
Mc Rae's land, thence North Sixty three feet to the place of
beginning.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurte-
nances, with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate
dower and right of dower, reversion, remainder and easement
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining: To Have and
To Hold the same in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part do covenant with
the said party of the second part, that they were lawfully
seized of said premises: that they are free of all incumbrance,
and that they had good right and lawful authority to
sell the same: and that they will warrant and forever
defend the same against the lawful claims all persons.

March A.D. 1901, before me A Notary Public personally appeared
Henderson Davis and Hattie Davis his wife, to me well known
to be the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
conveyance to Willis L. Mc Rae and severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned: And the said Hattie Davis
the wife of the said Henderson Davis on a separate and
private examination taken and made by and before me,
and separately and apart from her said husband, did
acknowledge that she made herself a party to the said
deed of conveyance, for the purpose of renouncing, relinq-
uishing and conveying all her right, title, and interest |
