This indenture, made and entered into this 29th
day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand
nine hundred and 12, between Frank S. Curl
Pauling J. Stephen W.H. Stephens of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the
first part and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad
Company, a Corporation created and organized
under the laws of the State of Virginia, party of
the second part: Witnesseth: That said party of
the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of thirty five ($ 35.00) dollars of lawful mon-
ey of the United States of America, to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part,
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledg-
ed, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these pres-
ents do we grant, bargain, sell, align, remise,
release, convey, and confirm, unto the said party
of the second part, and its successors and assigns
forever, all of a certain tract or parcel of land
situated, lying and being in the County of Ala-
chua, State of Florida, to-wit: A strip of land
