in the form of a right angled triangle in the
S.W. Corner of the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section
16 T 11 S R 18 E. The South boundary being 50.5
feet long and the west boundary being 70ft
long said strip of land containing 0.04 acres.
Together with all and singular, the tenements,
hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions, re-
mainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof and also all the state, right, title, interest,
dower and right of dower, property, possession,
claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties
of the first part, both in law and in equity, of,
in and to the above granted premises, with the
hereditaments and appurtenances. To have and to
hold the above granted premises, with the appur-
tenances and every part thereof, unto the said
party of the second part, and its successors
and assigns, to its own proper use and behalf
forever for the use and purpose of the party of
the second part for the track and roadway for
said Railroad, and the proper appendages to such
track and roadway, and for the building there-
on of depots, warehouses and other structures required
for the proper transaction of the business of said
Railroad Company. Provided always, and these
presents are whom the express condition, that
the said party of the second part shall con-
struct its railway and put it in operation.
