L. Weimer and Fannie Weimer his wife, of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first
part and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company,
a corporation created and organized under the
laws of the State of Virginia, party of the second
part: Witnesseth: That said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of eight hundred
($ 800.00) dollars of lawful money of the United States
of America, to-in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, at or before the ensealing and deliv-
ery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged has granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by
these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise
release, convey, and confirm, unto the said party of
the second part, and its successors and assigns
forever, all of a certain tract or parcel of land sit-
uated, lying and being in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, to wit: A strip of land one hundred
& thirty (130) feet wide being Sixty-five (65) feet on
each side of the centre line of the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad as located and constructed
through the South-east quarter (S.E. 1/4) of Section
16 & the N.E. 1/4 of N.E. 1/4 of Section 21, all in
Township 11 South of Range 18 East, extending
from Station 79 plus 10 to Station 105 plus 68 a
distance of 2658 feet; containing 7.93 acres - together
with all and singular, the tenements, heredita-
ments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining, and the reversions, re-
mainder and remainders, rents, issues and prof-
its thereof and also all the estate, right, title,
interest, dower and right of dower, property, poss-
ession, claim and demand whatsoever of the said
parties of the first part, both in law and in
equity of, in and to the above granted premises,
with the hereditaments and appurtenances. To have
and to hold the above granted premises, with the
appurtenances and every part thereof, unto the
said party of the second part, and its success-
ors and assigns, to its own proper use and
