Mitchell and wife Hellen Mitchell, of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first
part and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company,
a Corporation created and organized under the laws
of the State of Virginia, party of the second part:
Witnesseth: That said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
twenty five & no/100 dollars of lawful money of the
United States of America, to us in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, at or before the enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents, the receipt Whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and
by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey, and confirm, unto the said
party of the second part, and its successors and ass-
igns forever, all of a certain tract or parcel of land
situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, to-wit: A strip of land one hundred &
thirty (130) feet wide being Sixty-five (65) feet on each
side of the centre line of the Atlantic Coast Line
Railroad as located and constructed through U.S.
Lot three (3), Section 22 Township 11 South of Range
18 East, extending from Station 106 plus 14 to Station
111 plus 31 a distance of 517 feet; containing 1.54
acres - together with all and singular, the ten-
ements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the re-
versions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate, right, title, in-
terest, dower and right of dower, property, possession,
claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties
of the first part, both in law and in equity, of,
in and to the above granted premises, with the hered-
itaments and appurtenances. (To have and to hold the
above granted premises, with the appurtenances and
every part thereof, unto the said party of the second
part and its successors and assigns, to its own
proper use and behoof forever for the use and
purpose of the party of the second part for the
track and roadway for said Railroad, and the
