Witnesseth: That said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and Fifteen Dollars of lawful money of the United
States of America, to us in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt Whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and
by these presents do we grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey, and confirm, unto the said
party of the second part, and its successors and ass-
igns forever, all of a certain tract or parcel of land
situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, to-wit: A strip of land one hundred
& thirty (130) feet wide being sixty-five (65) feet on
each side of the Centre linen of the Atlantic Coast
Linen Railroad as located and constructed through
W.S. lot four (4) section 22 Township 11 South of
Range 18 east, extending from station 111 plus 31
to Station 127 plus 50 a distance of 1619 feet; con-
4.83 acres. Together with all and singular,
the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate, right, title,
interest, dower and right of dower, property, poss-
ession, claim and demand whatsoever of the said
parties of the first part, both in law and in equity,
of, in and to the above granted premises, with the
hereditaments and appurtenances. To have and to
hold the above granted premises, with the appurtenances
and every part thereof, unto the said party of the
second part, and its successors and assigns, to
its own proper use and behoof forever for the use
and purpose of the party of the second part for the
track and roadway for said Railroad, and the
proper appendages to such track and roadway,
and for the building thereon of depots, warehouses,
and other structures required for the proper trans-
action of the business of said Railroad Company.
