This indenture, made and entered into this 3 day
of June in the year of our Lord, one thousand
nine hundred and twelve, between J.R. Halsey
and Jane Halsey, of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part
and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company,
a corporation created and organized under the
laws of the State of Virginia, party of the second
part: Witnesseth: That said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of
one hundred and fifteen dollars of lawful money
of the United States of America, to us in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released,
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do
we grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and confirm; unto the said party of the second
part, and its successors and assigns forever,
all of a certain tract or parcel of land situat-
ed, lying and being in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, to-wit: A strip of land one hun-
dred & thirty (130) feet wide being Sixty-five (65)
