forever, all of a certain tract or parcel of land sit-
uated, lying and being in the county of Alachua,
State of Florida, to-wit: A strip of land one hun-
dred & Thirty (130) feet wide being Sixty-five (65) feet
on each side of the centre line of the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad as located and constructed through
U.S.lot ten (10) Section 22 Township 11 South of
Range 18 East, extending from station 143 plus 86
to station 150 plus 95 a distance of 709 feet; con-
taining 2.11 acres, Together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof and also all the estate, right,
title, interest, dower and right of dower, property,
possession, claim and demand whatsoever of the
said parties of the first half, both in law and in
equity, of, in and to the above granted premises, with
the hereditaments and appurtenances. To have and to
hold the above granted premises, with the appurtenan-
ces and every part thereof, unto the said party of
the second part, and its successors and assigns,
to its own proper use and behoof forever for the
use and purpose of the party of the second part
for the track and roadway for the said Railroad
and the proper appendages to such track and
roadway, and for the building thereon of de-
pots, warehouses and other structures required
for the proper transaction of the business of
said railroad company. Provided always, and
these presents are whom the express condition,
that the said party of the second part shall
construct its railway and put it in operation

part have hereunto set our hands and seals
