This indenture, made and entered into this 10th day
of July, in the year of our Lord, one thousand
nine hundred and twelve, between H.A. Kingsbury
and Wife Clara B. Kingsbury, of the County of Tazewell
and State of Illinois part of the first part and the 
Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, a corporation
created and organized under the Law of the State of
Virginia, party of the second part: Witnesseth: that
said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of one & no/100 dollars of lawful money of
the United States of America, to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, ha-granted, bar-
gained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, alien remise, release, convey, and
confirm, unto the said party of the second
part, and its successor and assigns forever,
all of a certain tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the county of Alachua, State
of Florida, to-wit: a strip of land in the form
of a right angled triangle in the southwest
corner of section 20, township 11 South of Range
18 East. The hypotenuse of said triangle being
parallel to and distant sixty-five (65) feet east-
wardly from the centre line of said Railroad
as measured at right angles thereto, contain-
ing 0.10 acres more or less together with all and
singular, the tenements, hereditaments, and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issued and profits thereof and
also all the estate, right, title, interest, dower and
right of dower, property, possession, claim and
demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first
