This indenture, made and entered into this 15
day of June, in the year of our Lord, one thous-
and nine hundred and 12, between Julia Williams
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part and the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad Company, a corporation created
and organized under the law of the State of
Virginia, party of the second part: Witnesseth:
That said party of the first part, for an in
consideration of the sum of Five dollars of law-
ful money of The United State of America, to her
in hand paid by the said party of the second
party, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, re-
mised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and
by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey, and confirm, unto the
said party of the second part, and its suc-
cessors and assigns forever, all of a certain
Tract of parcel of land situated, lying and
being in the County of Alachua, State of
Florida, to-wit: a strip of land-feet wide
being- feet on each side of the centre line of
the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad as located
and constructed through the-Section-
Township-South of Range-East, extending
from Station- to station a distance of-
feet. A right angled triangle in the North-
east corner of section 34, Township 11 South,
Range 18 East, the hypotenuse of which
is parallel to the centre line of said Rail-
road and distant westwardly 65 -feet there
from, as measured at right angles thereto;
