from the County Judge of Alachua County, Florida,
and be acknowledged to and before me that he
executed the cause for the uses and purposes
herein contained and expressed: and that as
such guardian he was duly authorized to
make the conveyance of said Munns interest
in the lands herein described, and that he
did so execute the cause under said authority
for the uses and purposes herein contained and
expressed.

between Geo B. Evans and wife Ida T. Evans of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the
first part, and W.W. Forsyth of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, part of the second part. Wit-
nesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
no/100 Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled-
ge have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by
these presents do remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said party of the second part, and his
heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said parties of the first
part have in and to the following described lot,
