This Indenture, made this 18th day of May
AD 1912, between H.G. Watson and Caleb
Watson his wife heirs of the estate of Joel Holt
& Zadie Holt deceased of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part, and
Minnie L. Kirby of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the second part, Witness-
eth, that the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of one dollars,
in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have remised, released and quit-claimed, and
by these presents do remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said
parties of the first part have in and to the fol-
lowing described lot, piece or parcel of land, to-wit:
Lots 5 Block 19 Lot 4 Block 19 Lot 5 Block 18
Lot 6 Block 15 In the town of Newberry State
of Florida also lots 2. 81/2,9, Blk. 11, Lot 10.
Blk. 5. Lot 9. Blk 5. Lot 5. Blk 2, Lot 6, Blk 3.
In Holts Addition to the town of Newberry
according to Taylor's Survey To have and to
hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever of the
said parties of the first part, either in law
or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns, forever.
