This indenture, made and entered into on this
27th day of August A.D. 1912, between W.S.
Broome, Trustee Alachua County, Florida, parties
of the first part, and W.H. Sibley of Duval County,
Florida, party of the second part, Witnesseth: That
the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten dollars, and other
valuable considerations, to them in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has released, remised
quit claimed unto the party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, that certain lot, tract,
or parcel of land situated in Alachua County,
Florida, to-wit: The South half of sections
28 and 29 in Tp 9 Range 21 To have and
to hold the same unto the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns, together with all
and singular, the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining.
