Know All Men by these presents, That I Reddick
A. Bowman of the County of Orangeburg in the
State of South Carolina in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred ($ 200.00) Dollars to me in hand
paid by Henry S. Richardson of Alachua County
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged in
the State aforesaid, have granted, bargained,
sold and released, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell and release unto the said Henry
S. Richardson all of that tract or parcel of land
being and situated in State and County afore-
said containing in all Four Hundred (400)
acres more or less described and known in the
plan and plat of said County as E 1/2, of. N.E.
1/4, and E. 1/2 of S.E. 1/4 of Sec 31. Township 7. Range
18 East. Also S 1/2 of N.W. 1/4 and S.W. 1/4 of Sec 32
