This Indenture, made this 10 day of July
A.D. 1911, between David Lewis of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, party of the first
part, and Mary A. Baird of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty
five dollars, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledge, have remised, released and quit-0claimed,
and by these presents do remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said party of the second part, and
his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title,
interest claim and demand which the said party
of the first part have in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit: Lot 16
of Days Subdivision of Block 26 Brushes Addt.
Book A. Page 236 of Records of Alachua Co.
To have and to hold the same, together with
all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise thereunto appertain-
ing, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the said part of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
part of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever.
