between Nellie R. Fennell (formerly Nellie R.
Jackson, widow of and sole heir at law of
W.C. Jackson, deceased) and J.M. Fennell
her husband, of the County of Alachua State
of Florida of the first part, and the Atlantic
Coast Line Railroad Company, a Corporation
duly established and existing under the laws
of the States of Virginia party of the second
part. Witnesseth, That said parties of the
first part, for and in consideration of the

money of the United States of America, to
them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part at or before the ensealing and
