I, Evans Haile a Notary Public do hereby 
certify unto all Whom it may concern, that
on this day before me appeared in person J.M.
Fennell and his wife Nellie R. Fennell to
me well known, and known to be the per-
sons whose signatures are attached to the
above deed, who acknowledged that they ex-
ecuted the foregoing deed for the purposes
and considerations therein expressed. And the
said Nellie R. Fennell being questions sepa-
rate and apart from her husband, declared
that she signed the same freely and volun-
tarily and without any constraint, appre-
hension or fear of or from her said hus-
band, J.M. Fennell both for the purposes
therein expressed and for conveying all her
dower and right of dower in property con-
veyed.
