This Indenture, made and entered into
this 22nd day of July in the year of our
Lord, one thousand nine hundred and
twelve, between Jessie Ellis of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida part of the
first part and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad
Company, a corporation created and organized
under the laws of the State of Virginia, party
of the second part: Witnesseth: That said
partie of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of one hundred fifty dollars
dollars of lawful money of the United States of
America, to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, at or before the enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, con-
veyed and confirmed, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey, and confirm, unto the said party
of the second part, and its successors and
assigns forever, all of a certain tract or
parcel of land situated, lying and being
in the County of Alachua, State of Florida,
to-wit: A strip of land one hundred and
thirty feet wide being sixty five feet on
each side of the centre line of the Atlantic
Coast Line Railroad as located and con-
structed through the East half of South East
Quarter (or lot # 11) in section Eighteen (18)
Township (10) South of Range Fourteen (14)
East, Described further as follows:- Commenc-
ing at the South boundary line of East half
of South East Quarter of Section Eighteen
(18), running in a Northwest course to the
West boundary line of East half of South
