This Indenture, made and entered into this
20th day of July, in the year of our Lord, one thous-
and nine hundred and 12, between Emma Maddox
and husband Sherman Maddox, of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first
part and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company,
a Corporation created and organized under the
laws of the State of Virginia, party of the second,
part: Witnesseth: That said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of
ten dollars dollars of lawful money of the United
States of America, to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey, and confirm, unto the said
party of the second part, and its successors
and assigns forever. All of a certain tract or
parcel of land situated, lying and being
in the County of Levy, State of Florida, to-wit:
A strip of land one hundred and thirty
feet wide being sixty five feet on each side
of the centre line of the Atlantic Coast Line
Railroad as located and constructed through
the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
Section Four Township eleven South of Range
Fourteen East, extending from Station - to
Station - a distance of - feet. Described further
as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Easts
line of Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter running in a Northwest course to
the North line of the Northwest Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter, all being in Section
