the second part, and its successors and ass-
igns forever, all of a certain tract or parcel
of land situated, lying and being in the
County of Alachua, State of Florida, to-wit:
A strip of land one hundred and thirty
feet wide being sixty five feet on each side
of the centre line of the Atlantic Coast Line
Railroad as located and constructed through
the South half of the South West quarter of the
South West quarter of Section seventeen (17)
Township Ten (10) South of Range Fourteen 
(14) East, Described further as follows, towit: -
Beginning at the South boundary line of the
South half of the South West quarter of the
South West quarter of Section 17, Tp- 10, Range-
14, running in a North West course to the
North boundary line of said South half of
South West quarter of South West quarter of
said Section 17. Containing 2 acres, more or less.
together with all and singular, the tenements,
hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and
the reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof and also
all the estate, right, title, interest, dower
and right of dower, property, possession,
claim and demand whatsoever of the said
part of the first part, both in law and in
equity, of, in and to the above granted
premises, with the hereditaments and ap-
purtenances. To have and to hold the above
granted premises, with the appurtenances
and every part thereof, unto the said party
of the second part, and its successors and
assigns, to its own proper use and behoof
forever for the use and purpose of the par-
ty of the second part for the track and
roadway for said Railroad, and the prop-
er appendages to such track and roadway,
and for the building thereon of depots, ware-
houses and other structures required for the
