and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company,
a Corporation created and organized under the
law of the State of Virginia, party of the second
part: Witnesseth: That said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($ 10.00) dollars of lawful money of the United
States of America, to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt where of is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, sold aliened, remised, released, con-
veyed and confirmed, and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and confirm, unto the said party of the sec-
ond part, and its successors and assigns for-
ever, all of a certain tract or parcel of land
situated, lying and being in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, to-wit: A strip of land
one hundred and thirty feet wide being sixty
five feet on each side of the centre line of the
Atlantic Coast Line Railroad as located and con-
structed through the North half of the South West
quarter of the South West quarter of Section
Seventeen (17) Township Ten (10) South of Range
Fourteen (14) East. Described further as follows,
to wit:- Beginning at the South boundary line
of the North half of South West quarter of the
South West quarter running in a North West
course to the west boundary line of North
half of South West quarter of South West quart-
er of Section 17, Township 10, Range 14, con-
taining 1/2 acre, more or less. Together with
all and singular, the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and the reversions,
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate, right,
title, interest, dower and right of dower, property,
possession, claim and demand whatsoever
of the said parties of the first part, both in
law and in equity, of in and to the above
