second part, Witnesseth: That the said parties of 
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten - dollars, to us in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to
the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the following described lots, pieces,
parcels or tract of land, situated and being in Ala-
chua County, Florida to-wit: Commencing Two hun-
dred (255) Fifty Five feet West from the North East
corner of the childs part of Mrs Jennie H. Bevilles of
the estate of R.H. Beville deceased and running West
one hundred (100 ft) feet thence south Two hundred (200)
feet thence East one hundred (100) feet thence north
Two hundred (200) feet to point of beginning. The
same being a fractional part of Section five (5) Township
Ten (10) south Range Twenty (20) East The starting
point being the north East corner of the lands
originally belonging to the Estate of R.H. Beville
To have and to hold the above described premises,
together with all and singular the tenements, the
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong-
ing or in any wise appertaining, unto him the
said party of the second part, heirs and assigns
forever. And the said parties of the first part do
hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever.
