execution, and in pursuance of the statue in such
case made and provided, and in consideration
of the sum of money so bid as aforesaid, and
in hand paid to the said party of the first part
by the said party of the second part, at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by
these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and con-
vey unto the said The First National Bank of
Alachua the said party of the second part, all the
estate, right, title and interest, which the said
defendant had on the 3 day June AD 1912, or at
any time afterwards, of, in and to all that cer-
tain parcel or tract of land known and described
as follows: situated in Alachua County Florida
North half of Lot 3, in block 121 of the Town of
Bell, also lots 7 and 8 - Block 4, of Wells Addition
to the City of Alachua. To have and to hold
said described property unto the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever
as fully and absolutely as the said party of
the first part, as Sheriff as aforesaid, can or
should convey by virtue of said execution and
the laws relating thereto.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the
first part, as Sheriff as aforesaid, has hereunto
set his hand and affixed his seal this 2nd
day of Sept AD 1912.
