This Indenture, Made this 17th day of November
AD 1904, Between Mrs. G.F. Bayer, "Widow" of
the City of Gainesville and of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the
first part, and William Hippard of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
second part, Witnesseth, that the said party of
the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Thirty five (35) Dollars, to her in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledg-
ed, have bargained, sold and transferred, and
by these presents do bargain, sell and transfer
unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain
parcel of land lying and being in the County 
of Alachua and State of Florida and more
particularly described as follows: The East
Half of Sub Division Lot number Twenty Nine
(29) in Section number Twenty Seven (27) of Town-
ship nine (9) South of Range Nineteen (19) in
the Arredonda Grant containing by Estimation
Five (5) acres of land more or less Together
with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances, with every privilege, right, title, interest
and estate, dower and right of dower, reversion,
remainder and easement thereto belonging or
in anywise appertaining: to have and to hold
the same in fee simple forever. And the said
party of the first part does covenant with the
said party of the second part that she is
