This Indenture, made this 17th day of September
AD 1912, between C.A. Williams and Mrs. Ida
Williams of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, parties of the first part, and I.S.
Futch of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth, That
the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Two hundred & no/100
Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledg-
ed, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by
these presents do remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said party of the second part, and his
heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said
parties of the first part have in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
to-wit: East half of South east quarter of
south east quarter of section ten (10) Town-
ship eight (8) Range eighteen (18) East To have
and to hold the same, together with all
and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise thereunto appertain-
ing, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the said parties of
the first part, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the
first part has hereunto set their hands and
seals the day and year
