of the second part, the receipt where of is hereby
acknowledged, have remised, released and quit-
claimed, and by these presents do remise, re-
lease and quit-claim unto the said party
of the second part, and his heirs and ass-
igns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said parties of the
first part have in and to the following described
lot, piece or parcel of land, to-wit: West half
of South east quarter, of South east quarter of
Section ten (10) Township eight (8) Range Eighteen
(18) East To have and to hold the same, together
with all and singular the appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertain-
ing, and all the estate, right, title, interest and
claim whatever of the said parties of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
