Bonds for benefit of Creditors required in Judicial
Proceedings, in any and all Courts in the County
of Alachua State of Florida and in the United
States District Court for the Southern Federal Judicial
District of Florida when attested by the signature
of Thomas W. Fielding as Local Assistance Secretary,
and on ballot, a majority of the Whole Committee
having voted in the affirmative, the said resol-
ution was adopted, and the aforesaid nominees
were declared to be duly elected as such officers
of the Company with powers as aforesaid. Certificate.
We, Wm. J. Unverzagt Vice-President and E.E. Kolb
Assistant Secretary of the American Bonding Company
of Baltimore, hereby certify that the foregoing are
true and correct copies taken from records of the
American Bonding Company of Baltimore.
In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto subscribed
our names and affixed the Corporate seal of the 
American Bonding Company of Baltimore, at
Baltimore, Maryland, this 10th day of September
1912.

Unverzagt Vice-President and, E.E. Kolb Assistant Secretary,
of the American Bonding Company of Baltimore
to me personally known to be the individuals
and officers described in and who executed the
preceding instrument, and they each acknowl-
edged the execution of the same, and being by
me duly sworn, severally and each for him-
self deposeth and saith, that they are the said
officers of the Company aforesaid, and that the
seal affixed to the preceding instrument is the
