James T. Van Burkalow and his wife Mabel A. Van Bur-
kalow and Mary L. Van Burkalow hereinafter called

ation of One Hundred Dollars, the receipt Whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do give, grant, bargain, sell, alien
remise, release, and quit claim forever unto the said
grantee, and his heirs and assigns, The lands sit-
uate in Alachua County, State of Florida, described

with the appurtenances, and all the rights of said
grantors To have and to hold the above granted pre-
