became a party to the foregoing Indenture
and thereby conveyed all my right title and
interest in and to the certain tract or parcel
of land before named in the above deed to the
said James Thomas for the consideration above

and his wife J.F. Patton of Alachua County,
Florida, parties of the first part, and B.R.
Colson & W.S. Broome of Alachua County, Flor-
ida, party of the second part, Witnesseth: That
the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten dollars, and
other valuable considerations, to them in hand
paid by the party of the second part, the re-
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
bargained, sold, transferred and conveyed unto
