This Indenture, Made this 2nd day of October 1912
between Steven Ross and Wife Sarah Ross of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida part
of the first part and Ernestine Weathers of the
County of Duval in the State of Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said part-
ies of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten dollars, to us in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted; bargained
and sold to the said party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever, the following described
lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated and
being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
Commence at South West Corner of the Steven Ross
lot in North East quarter of Block two (2) in
Brown's Addition to Gainesville Fla Thence East
55 feet Thence North 147 3/5 feet to beginning. All
in North West Quarter of Section 5 in Tp 10 S of
Range 20 East. To have and to hold the above
described premises, together with all and singular
the tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining,
unto her the said party of the second part, heirs
and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
