This Indenture, Made the ... day of September, in the year
Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Twelve,
between Emma Blake, joined by her Husband, W.M.
Blake, of the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida,
parties of the first part, and P.A. Merrin of the County
of Hillsborough State of Florida, party of the second part:
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred
and Seventy-Five Dollars, Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America, to them in hand
paid by the said P.A. Merrin party of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, The receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and
confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell, convey and confirm, unto the said party of
the second part, and to his heirs and assigns
forever, all the following piece, parcel, lot, or tract
of land, situate, lying and being in the County
of Alachua, State of Florida, and described as follows:
Commencing at the North east corner of Block Twenty
Four (24), of Brush's Addition to Gainesville, Florida
and run thence West One Hundred, Sixty-Two
and Seven-Tenths feet, (1627), Thence South One
Hundred feet (100), Thence East Fifty-Two feet (52),
Thence North Thirty and Three-Fourths feet (30 3/4)
Thence East One Hundred and Ten and Seven
Tenths feet, (110.7) Thence run North Sixty-Nine and
One-Fourth feet (69 1/4) to point of beginning. The
Plat of Block 24, Brushs Addition to Gainesville
Fla., being Recorded in Deed Book "O" Page
218, Records of Alachua County, Florida.
Together with all and singular, the tenements, hered-
itaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or appertaining: and every right, title or interest
legal or equitable of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the cause.
To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party
