execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned. And the said Emma
Blake, the wife of the said W.M. Blake in an examin-
ation taken and made separately and apart from
her husband, acknowledged that she made herself
a party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing
and relinquishing her dower and rights of dower and
conveying her separate estate in and to the lands,
tenements and hereditaments herein described and
thereby granted and released, and that she execu-
ted said deed freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.

This Indenture, Made this 8th day of October,
1912, by and between R.N. Anderson, of Alachua
County, Florida, joined by E.K. Anderson, her
husband, hereinafter called the parties of the
first part, unto Nelli Berli, of the same County
and State, hereinafter called the party of the
second part, Witnesseth: - That the said first
parties, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, Lawful Money, and other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid
by the second party, at and before the enseal-
