This indenture, made the 23rd, day of August in
the year of our Lord on thousand nine hundred
and twelve (1912) between A.P. Hardee and his wife
C.R. Hardee of the County of Levy and State of
Florida, parties of the first part, and L.L. Taylor of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of
the second part. Witnesseth: That the said parties of
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Four hundred and no/100- Dollars, lawful money of
the United States of America, to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bar-
gained, sold, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
presents doth grant, bargain, sell, convey and con-
firm unto the said party of the second part, and
to his heirs and assigns, forever, all the following
pieces, parcels, lots or tracts of land, situate, lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, and described as follows: Lots One (1),
Two (2), Four (4), and Five (5) in Block Eight (8), in
