gained, sold and conveyed, and by these pres-
ents do grant, bargain, sell and convey un-
to the said party of the second part, her heirs
and assigns forever, all the following described
lot, piece, parcel or tract of land, situated, ly-
ing and being in Alachua County, Florida, to wit:-
Lots seven (7) and eight (8) of Block fifteen (15) of
Foster's Addition to the Town of High Springs,
according to plat there of recorded at page six (6)
of Plat Book "A" of the public records of Alachua
County, Florida. This conveyance thereof being of
the undivided one half interest of the said R.N.
Anderson therein and thereto. Together with all
and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise
appertaining and for the considerations above ex-
pressed, the said first parties do bargain, sell,
grant, convey, remise, release and quit-claim unto
the said party of the second part, her heirs
and assigns forever, all their interest, right,
claim or demand in and to a complete Ice
Plant, of ten ton capacity, located upon the
above described land; also, all fixtures, tools, sup-
plies now upon said lands, and all material
thereon, or used in connection with the same.
Allso all accounts due to High Springs Ice Mfg
Co. To have and to hold the same unto her,
the said party of the second part, and to
her heirs or assigns, forever, in fee simple
absolute.
