the foregoing named County and State, hereby
Certify that on this day before me personally
came and appeared R.N. Anderson, and her hus-
band, E.K. Anderson, who are by me well known
to be the identical persons described in and who
executed the foregoing instrument, and they each
and severally acknowledged to and before me that
they executed the same for the uses and pur-
poses therein contained and expressed. I further
Certify that the said Mrs. R.N. Anderson, the wife
of the said E.K. Anderson, on an examination had
and taken by and before me separate and apart
from her said husband, acknowledged to and be-
fore me that she executed the same freely and
voluntarily, and without any apprehension, fear,
compulsion, or constraint of or from her said hus-
band.
