by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and
transfer unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever, all
that certain parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua, and State of Florida,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at the North East corner of Lot Seven, (7) in Block
Thirty two, (32) in the Original Survey of the Town 
of Newberry, and run West one Foot, on the
North Line of said Lot, then run South One
Hundred and Twenty Feet, (12) then Run East
One Foot, along the South Line of said Lot to
the South East corner of said Lot, then run North
along the East Line of said Lot, One Hundred
and Twenty Feet, (120) to the point of beginning.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title, in-
terest and estate, dower and right of dower, re-
version, remainder and easement thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining: to have and to hold
the same in fee simple forever. And the said
parties of the first part does covenant with the
said party of the second part that they are law-
fully seized of the said premises, that they
are free from all incumbrances and that
they have good right and lawful authority
to sell the same; And the said parties of the
first part does hereby fully warrant the title
to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
