law of the Estate of E.A. Lee, deceased of the County
of La Fayette and State of Florida and Florence
Lee his wife, of the first part, and Josephine
F. Davis of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the second part: witnesseth, That
the said part of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of Seventy five dollars, to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledg-
ed have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, re-
mised, release, conveyed and confirmed, and
by these presents do grants, bargain, sell, alien
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part, and to her
heirs and assigns forever, the following described
lands, to-wit: An undivided one-third (1/3) in-
terest, being the entirest interest of the parties of
the first part, in and to Lot number Four
(4) in Block number Four (4); Lot number
One (1) and the West Half of Lot number
Four (4) in Block number Five (5) in the
Town of Bell, in Alachua County, Florida,
according to the official survey of said Town,
and plat thereof on file in the Clerk's office
in said County, said land being a part
of the S.E. 1/4 of Section 25, Township 8 south
of Range 14 east, and a portion of the Estate
of the late Mrs. E.A. Lee, of Alachua Coun-
ty, Florida, deceased. Together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining, and the reversions and re-
mainders, rents, issues and profits thereof;
and all the estate, right, title, interest, dow-
er and right of dower, property, possession,
claim and demand whatsoever, in law and
in equity, of the said parties of the first part,
of, in, and to the above granted premises,
and every part thereof, with the appurten-
ances. To have and to hold the above men-
tioned and described premises, with the ap-
